Better than store bought bread
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. instant yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup warm water(30'C)
Mix salt and yeast in flour, combine well. Add the water and stir with wooden spoon or spatula. Place in an oiled bowl and set in a warm area to rise until almost double in size. Depending on the temperature about 2 to 3 hours.
Place the dough on a floured surface and fold over a few times, it will be slightly sticky, do not add more flour. Use a spatula to fold over if needed.
Line a cast iron or ceramic oven proof pot with baking paper and place the dough in it. Cover with the lid and set aside. Heat up your oven to 220'C. After 30 minutes put the pot in the oven for 35 minutes. Remove it from the oven, remove the baking paper and place the bread back in the pot and bake for a further 15 minutes. Uncovered.
Enjoy warm out if the oven with butter.
